Seems u still have active acne. U shld visit a dr near u as u need to be examined n taken detailed history. Acne and acne scars are treatable.

There are few active red acnes on your cheeks also as shown in pic.. so first we have to treat acne.. once acne settles down then we can go red spots treatment.. there are topical creams and gels available which can diminish these red spots.
u should see a doctor physically as u hv severe acne ..
