Talk to Dermatologist on Facial Acne Scars / Cysts

AoA, I have acne, acne scars, and cysts on both sides of my face(The pictures are attached). I want to undergo treatment for these issues and I'm not really sure whether to go with laser treatment or dermatologist. My questions are:

1. Are these acne scars, spots, and cysts even treatable with laser? 2. I'm from Lahore and would like to book a consultation with Lahore doctors so that I can visit the doctor later too if needed.

Any help and assistance on whom should I consult will be highly appreciated. Thanks!
