My ferritin is 29, I have been taking Iron supplement (Acefer,100mg) for many months. Now, I changed doctor and he prescribed me Lipiron (18mg elemental liquid iron). Which one is better? Should I change?

for my opinion Ur feritin is too low first detect the cause of this ,then go for I/v iron ,then shift to maintenance therapy with vitamin C
