i am losing hair from the front. i wanna ask is finasteride and minoxidil safe to use? topical minoxidil can cause cancer of brain or something? or is it completely safe to use on head? and also tell if finasteride can cause any serious disease? suggest other medicines as well if they are safe to use. my hair loss is androgenetic alopecia.
