hey sir im 21 year old male. I have been experiencing hairloss for about 3 years and I'm going bald in very young age. I have gotten PRP therapy but of no use. now I wanna start finesteride and minoxidle treatment after too much of research I concluded that finesteride is safe drug. but the main concern of mine is how common is getting prostate cancer from finesteride? I have consulted hair transplant surgeons and they have recommended me this drug. but I wanna take opinion from a qualified doctor here too. please guide me about finesteride thank you.
