There is no point in treatment of you do not abstain from handling soaps and detergents. Not only that you will have to stop handling vegetables, meat or any thing that makes your hands wet. Very mild soaps after toilet and before eating food.

I will avoid handling vegetables meat or anything that makes my hands wet and will moisture using Vaseline every half an hour.and also minimize use of soap.Right
