Talk to Dermatologist on Folliculitis On Scalp And Face

I am a final year medical student living in Islamabad and studying in benazir medical college Mirpur AJK, I have been suffering from folliculitis foe the past 7 years in which I have recurring episodes of inflamed follicles on my scalp which ultimately either go away on their own after some time or they leave a scab, the condition eventually spread to my face and which resulted in many cysts being formed for which i had them surgically excised. I have tried all medications including antibiotics (Linezolid) stieprox shampoo antibacterial soaps and topical antibiotics(fusil) but the condition just never fully goes away there are some months where it clears up entirely but even after trimming from a sterilized razor i get perioral acne which sustains. My life has been very upset because of this ongoing condition can someone please suggest any tests or further management options I should opt?
