i am 21 years 2 years ago i wore sneakers that were they hurted all day long due to my foot nails being the thumbs of my feet became dark in with each day became darker and as they grew long crack appear when that crack reached the my nails became from one year one of that nail became yellow and has spots on the picture is the treatment?
