Talk to Dermatologist on Foot Problem

Asalam o alaikum everyone, I have been dealing with recurring pus-filled bumps/wounds on my feet, and despite visiting several doctors, the problem is still not completely resolving. Doctors have prescribed different creams/tubes, including Fucid H, Kanadex-N, and Dexa-N. I have used all of them as prescribed, but unfortunately, I’m still not getting a proper or permanent improvement. I also work as a cashier, and my job requires me to stand in the same place for a minimum of 9 hours per shift, which makes the condition more difficult and painful. I would really appreciate it. Please guide me about a proper treatment/solution, as I have already tried several treatments without much improvement. Thank you.
