For oily face, wash face with mild soap or mild face wash whenever you feel your face have become oily. For dark patch on you face avoid exposure to direct and indirect sunlight.
I don't find your face to be fat. At least not on this picture. Even if it is there is no treatment except that your may consult a dietician.
Lastly I works like to know more of your hair loss. It's details.
