A friend of mine is having severe itching in ber fully body legs tighs arms back etc. She recently have moved to a new rented house. Doctors have recommended her to use scab off lotion which she have used a couple of times but it works for 24 hours max or a day or two. After that itching starts all over again ! It's been a good 1 month now & its quite distrubing
generally after applying these medicine like scab off the skin bcomes dry. ask her to apply moisturizer. check if any one else in the house has itching. make sure she isnt using any medicated soap either.
Multiple factors like dry skin, skin disorders/rashes, irritation/allergic reactions, internal liver, kidney diseases, drugs, pregnancy, insect bites etc can lead to generalized itching.
