Talk to Dermatologist on Fungal Acne/ Malessezia Folliculitis / Pityrosporum Folliculitis

I have fungal acne on my forehead, these are small little bumps on my forehead. I have had these from 5-6 months, they’ve been on my forehead for a while now. I had these little bumps last year too and then they went. But, now I have them constantly. I don’t touch my face or do anything to it, I don’t let my face sweat as sweat promotes the growth of this fungi. I’ve been using oliprex shampoo on my scalp As this problem can be connected to the type of shampoo as well, but not really since I’ve had this since a year. Also, I recently bought this nizoral cream as it contains ketaconazole and I have been putting it on my forehead since two days, no result yet. I use cetaphil and cerave as cleanser and simple moisturizer nothing else that promotes the growth of it. My skin type is combination. Please, let me know what shall I do to get rid of this.
