"I have a chronic skin problem on my foot/ankle. The skin is thick, dry, scaly, and peeling with whitish patches. It has been present for a long time and is not improving despite using creams such as Dermovate, Discort, and Verticil, along with Zezot capsules. I am concerned that there may be a secondary bacterial infection because the area looks inflamed. I would like to know whether this is a fungal infection, eczema, psoriasis, or another skin condition."
