Talk to Dermatologist on Fungal Infection On Feet And Toe

I have fungal infection on both toes and left feet since last year. sometime it is itching severe. Due to this infection skin of my toe totally changed to dark skin. kindly suggest me some good ointment or medicine to get ride of this infection. I am going to attach photos, kindly have a look on them.. Thanks.
