Talk to Dermatologist on Fungal Skin Spotting

Sir I have certain marks which bleed at times but are usually dry. I have these marks at my left foot ankle only. I jave consulted quite alot deramotologists before which made them dried out but non has cured the marks I still have. Can you please tell me the cure and treatment for it cause my brother is having the same issue now.
