As the pic attached, i think i got fungal rashes at buttock . (Advise if something else.) Its so itchy and irritating. Please suggest some ointment. I had fusibact B and elica-M at home. And used these both. But no effect. Please advise. Thank you.
apply dermosporin lotion twice daily for 4 weeks
U shld be examined properly and history needs to be taken only then diagnosis can be done. U shld visit a dermatologist near u.

I gather you are worried about a rash in the gluteal area which you presume to be of fungal origin and have used topical medications too. kindly visit a dermatologist for proper evaluation i.e to rule out or rule in acute bacterial infection/ intertrigo/ pilonidal sinus with infection, and subsequent management. thanks

better to consult dermatologist. don't use self medication or over OTC
It is hard to diagnose properly on pics only and risky plus unethical/illegal to prescribe treatment remotely via internet/phone, so kindly personally see your nearby doctor for advice/treatment!
Hi u need to take anti fungal tab for atleast 14 days and keep ur skin dry as much as u can !!and then review a doctor also for it
hi this isnt fungal ,seems there are vesicles so better to consult a dermatologist physicaly till then u can use mycitracin ointment
