Talk to Dermatologist on Fungus In Groin Area

I have been suffering from some type of fungal infection in groin area. Àbout 3 years ago in 2023 I noticed some white patches in groin area but I ignored. For last one year I am used to wear undergarments because of which white patches grow and some times I feel itch not too severe . When I rub this area in dry condition white dry skin drops down when I rub it by using some water I feels as dirt is being washed away. I visit a Dermatologist two months ago, he gave me Ruk Capsule by Kamal with some other medicine. I used that for 15 days It helped me little bit but not as much. I am using Ruk capsule. My skin seems much dark in groin area when I use water .
