Talk to Dermatologist on Fungus On Nail
Asking for Mother, Female, 58 years old, Karachi
Please help me. My mother had fungus on her nails 2 years back. It got treated and dr advised to wash dishes with gloves. Since dew months she is washing it without gloves. Or may be there can be another reason she has got that fungus again on her index finger and on thumb. Please help me how to treat it

It could be a re-infection by the fungus or a combination of fungus and bacterial infection. If she is diabetic it poses other grave problems too.
