Talk to Dermatologist on Genetic Hairfall With Dandruff Issue

I have been facing swere hairfall issue from past 4 weeks, it started out of nowhere, i visited a dr he told me that I'm suffering from genetic(family history)hairfall issue, and i should start my PRP ASAP, I'm not afraid of PRP and open to that but medicines he recommended like Tablet Hairfin has major side effects. I don't want to use that, and that too for 18 months.

My question is that what does a PRP session cost and with PRP can i avoid this medicine. my Location is Islamabad, I'm from gujrat so open to doctors based on near gujrat as well.
