Some 6,7 warts have developed on my P---- since 2,3 months. I was reading it is due to hpv virus. How to get rid of this virus? Is this virus 100% curable?

Warts are treated and not the virus. I use an extremely cold gas spray on these warts to treat them or RF treatment. RF is a very painful treatment and it's done by first injecting numbing medicine under it. Spraying is not very painful and it's done without and numbing. I don't know if spray is being done in your city or not. If it is then go for it otherwise you will have to travel to Karachi for that. Mind it you have warts at a sensitive area.

You need cryotherapy. It takes 2 to 3 sessions for the removal of warts. Although there are chances of recurrence. Which means, that they can come back later.

No. They need to be treated. If left untreated, they can spread. As they are contagious.
