Assalamoalaikum. I am getting grey hair very fastly, (I have faced a lot of stress in last 1 year and developed the grey hair in same year) Kindly guide me if any tests needed, how can i stop further greying. Family History: My mother still has black hair in her latte 50s but my father has grey hair since the age of his 30s. My brother had pre mature greying when he was 12 years old, but they automatically turned black again in a year. Kindly guide me.
Salam. See the reasons for your premature greying of hair is told by you. Stress is one of the common cause of greying hair and as your brother also had premature greying which means it is in your genes. So you have had an episode of stress and genetic predisposition for early greying. There are no investigation to find out and nothing much could be done to stop it. Please try not to take any stress, take food rich in zinc and start cap. No grey once daily, this will help you.

Greying of hair has multiple reasons and can affect your confidence. There are some disease which can causes sudden onset of greying of hair. It can happen over a period of a week.
