Asalamoalaikum, My hair is getting white all of the sudden. I a not married, my period cycle is normal. Please tell me if deficiency of something is causing this and what should I take (diet/medicines) to avoid this sudden greying of hair Jazakallah

Greying of hair gradually is a natural process. If your hair are greying suddenly than you must visit doctor for some laboratory investigations .
To find out any stress of a disease causing such problem.
Till then avoid harmful shampoos and use Sulphate free shampoos for hair washing.
