im having a fungal in groin area and hips area and facing severe itching from past 4 to 5 months its getting spread skin become dark and sometimes red itchy i want permanent solution for this

It's a chronic infection with fungus and must be treated well on time to avoid any future complications.

Sir can you suggest me some anti biotic cream or oinment cream because in ramzan i cant visit your clinic because of my job!

It's dangerous and unethical to prescribe any medicine to anyone without first examining the patient.
Since you have been applying anti fungal creams etc with no improvement, this makes it mandatory for me to examine you first. Friday is a holiday, do make an appointment to see me at my clinic at 3:30 in the afternoon.
