Majority of shampoos are not good for your hair and health. They strip the natural protective oils from your hair, and also contain chemicals such as parabens and sulfates which are detrimental to your health in the long term. Use shampoo (preferably a mild baby shampoo) only once every 2 weeks or at most once a week, followed by conditioner.
