Talk to Dermatologist on Hair Care

few years ago i had a lot hair fall so i lost my hair length and thickness , right now i dont have that much hair fall but my hairs are not smooth as they where before and not back to its normal length,

right now i am using dove but i must have to do oiling before shampoo otherwise i feel my hairs too dry.

will it be the good option to change my shampoo to Photonic max or Vincè intense keratin shampoo?

whixh one will be good for me? i had never done any services like keratin treatement on my hairs ever..
