Asking For Self, Female, 21 Years old, Karachi

1 year back my my vit D3 level was 13, according to my reports. I took 5 doses of DX3. But I guess still my VitD3 levels are not normal due to which I'm having severely dry hair, hair damage and hair fall. I feel like I will have bald patches soon. Also sometimes feel pain at my elbow and shoulder joints. But my main reason of this post is my hair guide me. Or suggest me VitD supplements. Thanks.

I don't know who told you that vitD is responsible for hair loss. There are a number of reasons for hair loss like some kind of infection of the hair roots - be it fungal or yeast infection, your stress levels, your sleep pattern, your hormones and your diet etc etc.

Without getting a detailed history of the disorder and examining your scalp it's very difficult to diagnose. In my opinion you must visit my clinic for examination and treatment.

Regards
