Hair fall can be due to many reasons.
Like.
1) Scalp infection.
2) Underline disease for example thyroid issues etc.
3) Hormonal issues
4) Iron,vitamin D deficiency
5) Stress/ Depression
6) Environmental factors
7) hereditary factors
So if u need to ruleout the cause,consult ur nearest dermatologist
