Mujhe Hair fall ka issue hai baki Head pr 50% hair bachy hai. Hair fall ek to Family se hai mere Baba bhi Blade hey aur Meri bhi galti hai main ne kafi Color use kia hai Brown/Black. now I'm worrying about my hair. Should i go for PRP or Transplant or any other way where my hair comes back.

You are probably suffering from androgenetic alopeica. It doesn’t have a permanent solution. It can be delayed with treatment but cannot be stopped. If hair loss is significant and most of your scalp is gone bald then transplant can give good results (if donor area is healthy and have enough grafts) for maintenance PRF/PRP sessions along with oral and topical medication would be recommended
