Asking For Self, Male, 29 Years old, Karachi

It's been a few months since I haven't gotten enough sleep and rest. I have noticed that I am losing hair. I asked hair experts, and they mentioned PRP; however, I am not confident about PRP since my family doesn't have any history of hair fall. I went for lab tests for Vitamin D, ferritin, B12, and total testosterone. Here are the reports:

Total testosterone: 493.1 B12: 462.2 Vitamin D: 24.8 Ferritin: 66.1 Need a suggestion should I go with PRP or medication?

Take Capsule Sunny D 042-32591427, int units once in 3 months. Also take capsule euthrix once or twice daily for 3-6 months and apply Piligrow hairspray on your scalp every day regularly

Thanks for sharing your concerns and lab results! To give you the best suggestion, I need a little more information:

1. Units: Could you please provide the units for each of your lab results? (e.g., Total testosterone: 493.1 ng/dL, B12: 462.2 pg/mL, Vitamin D: 24.8 ng/mL, Ferritin: 66.1 ng/mL) This helps me understand if your levels are within the normal range.

2. Stress Levels: Besides sleep, how would you rate your stress levels on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being minimal stress and 10 being maximum stress)?

3. Diet: Can you briefly describe your current diet? Are you getting enough protein, vitamins, and minerals?

4. Medications: Are you currently taking any medications or supplements?

Once I have this additional information, I can give you a more tailored suggestion regarding PRP versus medication.

prp will not work unless all underlying hair fall causes are addressed and treated.
