Assalam u alaikum sir Sir I have been suffering hair fall started from parietal ridge. Also my head skin is rough .my hairs are falling during bathing. I have visited many physicians. They recommended vitamins and shampoo but they didn't work.pls kindly suggest me hair fall shampoo. Thanks
Most probably you are suffering from Male pattern Alopecia. Usually it hereditary condition due Male hormone Testosterone. There is no definitive treatment but you can slow down its progress by using 5% Minoxidil lotion twice a day. Besides we are also providing PRP and mesotherapy for better outcome.
Take protein rich diet & apply minoxidil hair spray, you need PRP hair treatment atleast 1 session per month for 6 months.

Thanks doctor ! I continue ur treatment. But I have no idea besides follinox hair spray and genesis tablets kindly suggest a best shampoo too.so that I wash my hair daily with that shampoo

It could be male pattern alopecia which is genetic in most cases. No treatment is available but it can be slowed down.
