salam,
There are a number of types and patterns of alopecia/baldness/ hair falling . Etiology, epidemiology and management will vary between them. Some of the more common forms of alopecia (further discussed below) are:

Male pattern baldness, or androgenetic alopecia (male).
Female pattern baldness, or androgenetic alopecia (female).
Alopecia areata.
Telogen effluvium (TE).
Anagen effluvium.
Trichotillomania.
Alopecia related to or caused by skin conditions or systemic illness, including:
Seborrhoeic dermatitis.
Tinea capitis.( fungal infection)
Impetigo. ( infection)
Secondary syphilis.
Thyroid disease.
Iron deficiency.
Vit D deficiency
Determining the cause will guide management and prognosis.
you need a get list of blood test done to find out whats the cause and what is general health like?>
eating habits and crash dieting also can be a cause.
please contact marham call centre where we can help you to be seen and treated.
thanks

Rather than going into lengthy theoretical details, most likely possibility with patchy hair loss is ALOPECIA AREATA (Hair loss due to error in immunity). However clinical examination by Dermatologist is required for confirmation.
Please consult Dermatologist in your city.
