it all depends which doctor advised you the tests. A GP doctor or a Dermatologist.
I don't know what your initial complaints were and why the tests were advised. You have to be elaborate.

I advise my patients for the tests 14- days before the start of periods from AKUH lab and U/S pelvis for PCO on the same day from a reputable doctor.
But the problem is, I will not be able to help you because I am located in Karachi and I must examine my patients every 4-5 weeks to assess the response of the treatment. Not every treatment is good for all.
