Hair Fall And Dry Frizzy Damaged Hair,little Dandruff

Assalam o alaikum wr wb!
I want to take advise about my hairfall  guide accordingly.30 years of age ,height 5.2&quot; ,weight 48.
I\'m having severe hairfall from past two years almost and now I feel more than half of my hair are lost  is showing. Hair is extremely dry ,damaged and frizzy and come out from roots.I feel pain in scalp as if my hair is pulling out and diffuse tingling sensation .Scalp is dry and I don\'t know if it\'s exactly dandruff but when I itch some residue or debris come in my nails.
P.s I\'m taking cod liver oil and vit d for my acne issue already so no deficiency of these.

You are developing Male Pattern Baldness. You got it either from your mother's side of the family or grin the father's side or from both families.
