I am not exactly sure what i have is hair fall or hair loss. I have lost most of my hair on the area.it started around 4 years ago. I consulted a dermatologisy a year was being prescribed Hair Vit, hair max 5% and later minoxin 5% alongwith Photonic Max and a Mixture of Derma smooth with some lotion. It turned out at first that it had stopped the hair loss but when i compare my current condition with how my hair were last year then its even worse now.
I would be grateful if i can get proper diagnosis from an experience doctor followed by the right treatment and most important should i be expecting the regrowth or is it something i have to live with.

Thanks doctore. i consulted a reputed dermatologist a year ago and my hair loss was being diagnosed as Diffused Alopecia. is diffused aloecia cureable throigh medicine? of o go for PRP does it gurantee the results w/o any side effects? or should i keep using the monoxin and photonic mac for some more amd wait of tha works out.
