Talk to Dermatologist on Hair Fall, Thin Hair, Un Managable

Hi Doctor, My name is Babar Ali from Hyderabad Sindh. My age is 22 years and I am a university student. My problem is that I am having a very high amount of hair fall for a year, when it starts I thought it's normal but now from the past 3,5 months, it went so far. it happens when I use shampoo or oiling my hands get full of damaged hair which gives me tension also my hairs getting thinner and un managable. I'll thank full if you give me any good advice or any shampoo or medicine or should I consult a good doctor.
