Talk to Dermatologist on Hair Lices

Aoa! Dr. I am having a severe lice issue since May 2022 , i am continually using different remedies like anti lice shampoos, dust combing , oiling etc but still the issue has not resolved and it is as stronger as it was in initial stage when i felt it for the first time even i have cleared out my head multiple times by combing continually but after the break of just two days same concentration with same bigger size raises again , please recommend me most effective way to get rid of this problem, it has now started causing me being depressed all time
