Talk to Dermatologist on Hair Loss

I'm 25 since last year im losing my hair severely. It started last year in winter when i started washing my hair with warm water from geyser. Suddenly dandruff started to appear on the skull. This was rather layers of high density dandruff . since last year i got shaved off my hair twice but hair loss doesn't decrease. When hair size reaches to 2 inches the start breaking. Every time i comb hair start to break off from their tiny roots. The root diameter is sometimes small as compared to the tip dia. If dont bath daily dandruff appears on the skull and hair start to break. Please suggest...
