First of all need to diagnose the issue then its treatment

This is grade IV androgenic alopecia and you want to use snake oil preparation on your scalp. There are only two clinically proven medicines that may cause significant hair growth. The rest are all fraud.

All 2 number preparations are called "snake oil" preparation in slang.

Yes there are only 2 clinically proven meds that may cause hair Regrowth to an extent.
Other procedures that may cause hair Regrowth are PRP intra-dermal injections near the root of hair follicle, Microneedling in conjunction with PRP (this is what I do on my patients to get excellent results). Lastly, you may opt for FUE transplants if you have enough healthy hair on the sides and back of the head.
