Talk to Dermatologist on Hair Loss/baldness

i am treating my hair from 3 months but still issue is still there no progress at all, i went to Dermatologist he did some test from there 2 issues vitd and vit b12 were low,since 3 months i am taking supplements but 0 result,i went to gyni also to chek might b harmonal issue she did ultrasound and she said unruptured follicle. i am so upset i am unable to figure out what is actual reason of my hair loss and how to reslove it, i have front bald patches,i am unmarried and hell upset. should i see any endocrinologist?? or what??
