Hair Loss-thinning

Question

Hi, I&acirc;&euro;&trade;ve been having this kind of hair thinning since 2017, this left part area has been receding since then and now has receded till the back. I used to have super thick hair, i do have pcos since 2016 too. I have tried vitamins, ampoules, remedies and I&acirc;&euro;&trade;ve also stopped using sulphate shampoos neither do i use any heat or chemicals on my hair but nothing is working to help them grow thicker again.
