Hair Loss, Thinning, Damaged, Frizzy And Fried

Question

How telogen effluvium triggered by stress and malnutrition can be treated? The root causes are already looked after but is there any recommended shampoo/conditioner/serum by dermatologist for such hair type(frizzy,damaged,dry and thin)? As directed by a dermatologist,she has completed 3 months novophane course as a supplement for hair but the hair still has the same problems.

Yes there are ample hair serums available which improve the growth n improves the hair fall. Conditioner can be used no specific name is there. But most importantly if iron / ferritin levels of patient are improved the hair fall improves. But the things u r mentioning dry fizzy hair.... Then tht needs more of a work up for any other disease. So v r sure the female doesn't have it. She must visit a dermatologist near her area n do work up for SLE.
