if you do not have any type of infection of the hair roots, you may apply hair oil. But if you have some problem with hair fall, applying hair oil will make hair fall more. Unless a skin and hair specialist see your scalp I cannot suggest you to use it. If you want you may come to any of my clinic for consultation and treatment.
It depends on the condition, if you not have any hair root condition.
