Hair On Face And Breast

Question

Hi repectable doctors and specialist,
I have hair on chin and side burns and I have hairs (around 15-20) on each breast (thick harmonal hairs), also I have thick hairs on legs
Lately my hairs on head are falling speedily with front hair line showing signs of baldness
Periods are usually regular
What could be possible cause?
Which specialist should I see?
Is this treatable?
General advice on life style changes?
