Talk to Dermatologist on Hair Thinning And Hair Loss

Aoa I face hair thinning and hair loss issues for the last 6 months to 12 months. I use a Genesis tablet daily 1 tablet and dermozon from nutrifactor 1 tablet daily. I've been taking medicine for a month, but I'm not seeing much improvement.
Should I go for PRP treatment, or will the medicine be enough to fix it?
