I started using Minoxidil 5% around December–January for thinning hair at the front. I used it consistently for about 2–3 months and noticed great results — my hair volume improved, and the thinning at the front looked much better.
But after stopping it, I’ve been experiencing heavy hair fall for the past month, and the thinning at the front has become even more visible than before. For context, I already had naturally thin hair, but I wasn’t losing this much before using Minoxidil.
A few days ago, I tried using Minoxidil again, but this time, my scalp became very itchy, so I stopped.
I’m taking Vitamin D and B-complex regularly, and my iron levels are good.
Any tips on what I can do to stop the shedding and regrow the hair safely?
