Talk to Dermatologist on Hairfall And Severe Scalp Pain

Assalam o Alaikum I've hair problems from past 2-3 years I have severe scalp pain and severe hairfall I consult multiple drs and one of them diagnosed seborrhea and gave some antifungals like itraconazole tablets and antifungal lotion for scalp. And folike S shampoo last year it somehow effective that time but now im facing that problem again im having severe hairfall I've tried these medications again but I'm there's no positive results its been 5 months in facing this issue again I've use some multivitamins too e.g Sangobion, vitavron, many like these supplements. Please tell me how to stop this hairfall and scalp pain. plus im diagnosed with celiac disease from last 6 years
