Hairfall, Dandruff, V Shape Hairline

Question

I have dandruff problem for as long as i can remember. Recently for few months, i have noticed an increase in my hairfall, i find alot of hair on my pillow everyaday. If I casually passes my hand through my hair i get 4 or 5 hair. 

My hairline has developed from round in 2015 into V shape, Is it normal or am i going bald. Pic attach is 2 months old. It now have receided two or three hairline worth leaving weak little babyhairs..
