Talk to Dermatologist on HairFall Problem

I am facing very drastic hairfall whenever I wake up 250 strands of hairs are on my pillow while taking a bath while brushing they are more than that My reports are pretty normal I have no thyroid issue My blood tests are normal but I had so much stress now it has been recovered and I had gained 17 kgs in a month again because of crash dieting and I cannot sleep properly but these all problems have recovered but my hairfall is not stopping and my scalp is visible I am also eating biotin but of no use what can I do?I am very nervous how can I stop it?
