I have been experiencing hair fall for the past four months, and it is not localized to a specific area—it affects my entire scalp, including my eyebrows. I discontinued the use of hair oil based on medical advice, as some doctors suggest that an oily scalp can contribute to hair fall. Currently, I am using a ketoconazole shampoo twice a week to manage dandruff, and in addition, I use a rice-based shampoo. However, the hair fall has not improved. I would appreciate your professional advice and recommendations to help reduce or control the hair fall effectively.
