My hairs very thin and are falling really fast from last few months. I've used Hairfin and Hairmax medicines which were prescribed by a doctor. There is no effect of these medicines. Is there any way to stop hair fall and regrow hairs apart from hair transplant ?? Please suggest me the treatment. I've no medical history but the baldness is genetically after us in the family :(

As u have family history of baldness so you are prone to thinning of hair...if nothing else is working u can go for PRP treatment
U have an option of few sessions of PRP.i am doing PRGF which is much more advance then conventional PRP.
Also must use topical sprays and change of shampoo is must .

salam dr i am facing the same problem and also going to dermatologist from last two months. first month he prescribed me hair plus oil, minoxidil spray and cutegen tabs but no effect and next month i again went to him. then he prescribed me the same oil, derm hair spray and priorin cap. but i dont feel any effect still. i am using conaz shampoo from a long time. what should i do now? they are falling on same rate as before treatment. kindly suggest me something suitable. i am also having vaginal discharge and wanna ask is my hairfall is because of this problem? i am facing this problem since childhood and now i am 19 years old
